I had an enjoyable experience at this hotel, with the location being a standout feature right by the beach and lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The animation team was absolutely fantastic and made my stay more fun. However, I felt some staff could use better training in customer service, and the dining options weren't as varied as I hoped. Overall, for the price, it offers solid value but could use a few improvements.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was welcoming and the entertainment was enjoyable, the food quality was disappointing and the Wi-Fi system left much to be desired.
